Choosing to live a healthy lifestyle is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Eating healthy, exercise, and maintaining or losing weight, are all part of this.

This week is about Healthy Changes; changing some habits and information and ideas on weight, exercise, and healthier foods. Having been interested and researching these topics lately I’ll share what I’ve been learning, as well as some great links and resources I’m sure could be useful to you as well.

Today choose to start with the 5 steps to a healthy lifestyle as shown in the image above.

  1. Eat fewer snacks and select healthier alternatives.
  2. Turn off the TV or computer and get active.
  3. Eat more fruit and vegetables.
  4. Choose water as a drink.
  5. Get active for an hour or more each day.

Healthy choices, healthy people, healthier lifestyles. Choose to live healthier today.
